Grilled shrimp with mango salsa

For the salsa
 1/2 yellow onion  
1 mango  
1 avocado  
1/2 tomato  
1/4 red bell pepper  
2 tablespoons olive oil  
1 tablespoon lime juice    
A pinch of cayenne pepper  
cilantro
salt   

Cut up the produce, mix with the spices and Let it chill for 30 min in fridge    

For the shrimp

20-25 raw shrimps
6 tablespoon of soy sauce
A pinch of cumin
1 tablespoon olive oil

Add all the ingredients in a bowl and let it marinate for 20 min. 

Fire up the Forman grill and bake for 10 min

It doesn't get any easier than that
